Graphite provides both Client and Expert users with support for any issues. We aim to have answers available to key questions on our Knowledge Base at help.graphite.com, but occasionally Graphite's Support team may need to assist with more complex inquiries or issues.

  • Support Email Address: help@graphite.work

  • In-App Support: (Available for Client users and Expert users hired on active projects) Send us a message via the bottom-right Chat popup, and our support team will respond in a similar process as with emails sent to the above Support email address.

  • Standard Support Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm ET (excluding US holidays)

  • Standard Response Times: For Client users and Expert users hired on active projects, we aim to provide an initial response to inquiries within 8 business hours. For all other users, we will respond within 2 business days.
